Errrm, Lux....is that a wighat ?
The question begs to be asked.........is LSD better than regaine ? I cannot for the life of me, ever recall meeting a bald hippy.
well , being (voluntarily.) bald wasn't as frightfully groovy in The 60's as it is today... Ed Cassidy was bald , but he was about 45 - 50 when Spirit took off. Whether anyone considered him part of the Hippie scene , I don't know. I remember when this pic of Lux and Ivy surfaced. Some people said it was a fake , as they couldn't have possibly looked like Hippies......When they'd openly admitted in interviews that , when they met , they were taking an interest in Underground music , but , were stillsurrounding themselves in the trappings of late Hippie culture (Which wasn't entirely over in The US in '72 , nor for our friends in England ...

The Pink Fairies and Arthur Brown are playing in the parking lot of the free festival. I have to leave , now , that nice Lydon bloke has got me sorted for vitamin "A".
